Questions people actually ask
Do cheaper plans get fewer features?
No. Every plan includes every feature and every integration, plus anything added later. Site count and support length are the only differences.
What happens when my licence expires?
The plugin keeps working. Your documentation stays online and nothing switches off. You just stop receiving new versions and support until you renew.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes, and you only pay the difference. Upgrade from your SureCart dashboard and the remaining value of your current plan comes off the price.
What counts as a site?
One activation per WordPress install. Your key lives in your SureCart dashboard, where you can see every site it is active on and deactivate one to free a slot, so moving hosts or retiring a site costs you nothing. The Unlimited plan has no activation cap.
What is the difference between updates and support?
Updates are new versions of the plugin. Support is us answering your questions. The Lifetime plan gets updates forever and support for 3 years.
Why is Lifetime capped at 1,000 sites?
It is a one time payment, so the cap keeps it sustainable. If you are running more than a thousand documentation sites, get in touch and we will work something out.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, 14 days, no questions asked. If it does not suit your site, email us within two weeks of purchase and we will refund the whole thing.
Do I pay extra for the AI features?
Not to us. AI summaries and reader questions use your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google key, so you are billed directly by them at cost with no markup. Everything stays off until you switch it on.
